By downloading, installing, or using the Banana - AI Photo Editor mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GIGA MOW, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIGA MOW, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
